This free event aims to support residents in improving their health and wellbeing at a time when stress, mental health challenges and long-term conditions are increasingly common.
The fayre will feature more than 40 exhibitors in addition to ourselves, offering advice and information on mental health, nutrition, fitness, ageing well, stress management and local support services. While the event is particularly well suited to those aged 50+, all residents and visitors are welcome to attend
