Our Faith:
Loving God & Growing in Faith
To show our love for God we need to come together in public worship, commit ourselves to private prayer and seek to lead a Christian life.
To grow in faith, we need to be nurtured as disciples of Jesus. That can include listening to sermons, being part of a home study group and reading Christian books. We can be encouraged by sharing our own stories of what God is doing and listening to others tell theirs.
Loving Each Other & Growing in Relationship
To show our love for each other we will be people who are ready to forgive and who work at overcoming our differences. We will continue and seek to extend the pastoral and practical care that we offer to our church family and community so that everyone feels welcome, included and supported.
To grow in relationship, we will build meaningful relationships where we can be supportive, open, and welcome others into our lives.
Loving Our Community & Growing in Service
To show our love for our community we will seek as individuals and in groups to bless people around us in Congleton.
We will grow in service as we use our gifts and talents for God’s glory and see what God does through us. We can encourage one another by sharing stories of what God is doing and praying for one another.
